Return Policy

The return policy allows for returns within 35 days of purchase for both online and in-store purchases. Sale items have a shorter return period of 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Additionally, the brand label must still be attached to the item. This return policy is applicable to both online and in-store purchases and does not override your statutory rights. More details about the return policy can be found by clicking here. For online purchases, the return policy becomes effective upon order delivery/pickup. Refunds are usually issued to the original payment card within 3-5 business days.

Certain products cannot be returned, including face coverings, beauty products, bra accessories, duvets, earrings, flowers, food, food gifts, made-to-order items, fruit baskets, furniture, gift cards, hampers, custom and personalized items, mattress protectors, pillows, plants, disposable tote bags, swimwear, toiletries, wine, non-branded toys and gifts, non-branded luggage and kitchen appliances, and any product with a broken seal. These products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. Some of these items may have their own terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

Lingerie and underwear can be returned as long as the product packaging is not damaged. If the item is not packaged, it can still be returned as long as the tags and hanger (if applicable) are intact.

Swimwear can be returned as long as any sanitary seals are intact.

If you received a gift, you can return it. However, if you return it by mail, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment. All online gift orders will receive a paper package summary that can be included with the return. If you have a gift receipt or would like a credit receipt, you will need to return it to one of the US stores. The Goodwill returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

There are exceptions to the return policy for fine jewelry, wedding and bridesmaid dresses, adult fancy dress apparel, maternity wear, and any other products notified at the time of purchase. These items may only be returned by mail and should be returned in or with the original packaging.
